We have the kit to ‘Roast whole on a Spit’, amazingly tasty beef, lamb and pork can be cooked to perfection in its entirety!

At MKC we normally roast our hogs long and slow, usually over 10 hours to ensure the meat is succulent, juice and falling off the bone.

We also can cook rotisserie style chicken and lamb legs on our large rotisserie, and for smaller marinated cuts we have some fabulous smoker oil drum barbeques that we load with meats and hickory chips…truly delicious!
